Erina McWilliam-Lopez

Erina is the Executive Director of the Cape Ann YMCA which is part of the YMCA of the North Shore Association which collectively services over 50,000 individuals with a focus on health and wellness, affordable housing, licensed childcare, aquatics, and a diverse variety of sports. Previously, Erina founded a plant-based functional food company and developed it into a community cafe and online store selling healthy snacks.  She was the Ecosystem Lead at Bright Ventures, a venture capital and strategic advisory firm focused on investing in an inclusive economy. Erina’s career has centered on inclusive talent development and innovation across asset management, venture capital, non-profit services, and philanthropy. She was the founding Associate Director of the Social Impact Lab at Lynn University in South Florida and was on the leadership team of the Middlebury Institute’s Center for Social Impact Learning where she oversaw an award-winning impact investing and social enterprise talent development program called the Frontier Market Scouts.  

Erina earned an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BS from Salem State University. She is passionate about the potential of the YMCA movement in elevating youth mental wellness and community health.
